Wishing you all Happy and Prosperous New Year!! 2013 may bring in many more new exciting moments, opprtunities and healthy to all of us.. Let this new year be more adventurous, experiencing and amazing one..
Advance New Year wishes to all of you lovely people out there. 2012 has been a year of rumors and talk of the town was Mayan Calendar. May be they were confused or tired to write or research after 2012. Anyway, 2012 has been a year of ups and downs for me. Seriously, an unforgettable year.
In 2012 I visited Pune, Maharashtra, India. Broke my leg, changed my job, and most of all Mom got to know my secret. I loved 2012. That's why the post title is Road journey to Nowhere. I pray and hope 2013 will be more amazing, adventurous, exciting and filled with lots of good surprises.
Just few more days and we will step into Brand New Year-2013. I feel 2012 will bring me some "GOOD" surprises. By the way today's pictures are dedicated to Indian People. In the entire world there are no beings as Indians. They have their own expressions, skin, beauty, thought, practices, and most of all Religion. We Indians have many religions, caste, race and community. I'm proud to be an Indian.
On my list I have many cities to travel one of them is Kerala. This dream came true when my college lecturers announced a field trip to Kerala-Kochi. I jumped with joy because it is one of my favorite places to visit.
I love Kerala for all kind of reasons. It was a memorable trip with friends, as it was first trip without my parents, staying away from home for 3 days. Today, I'm posting some of the pictures taken during the visit. Enjoy!
Yes! I downloaded an application from Google play store - Retro Camera! And as usual I loved it.. The camera has lovely effects and hue. It makes picture much more meaningful and chic. Posting some of the picture captured using Retro Camera App. Take a look of it.
The next picture was taken when I was waiting for my mom under the metro bride, found something interesting about the view, captured it with my Phone camera which has 5 megapixel. I like this picture, hope you all will like it too. :)
Indian Railways is one of the most longest railways. And I'm proud of it. Posting different images of Indian railway tracks, who are tracking trains for many years. It's great fun to travel in train whether you are with family or friends. I just enjoy it! These images were taken during my recent visit to Pune, Maharashtra.
Sounds weird? Yes, I name this blogpost as World in Abstract, because sometimes I cannot explain my photography. Among my abstract photographs I've posted these just to make a start. I click randomly without any settings (apart from natural settings). Some still images need proper lighting and atmosphere but I manage it with phone camera or just point and shoot camera.
No, its not Valentine's Day to post this but yes romance is in rings and roses and ofcourse in the air. Couple of years ago my birthday gift was a ring. Oh! It wasn't a proposal but a new beginning for old relationship. Three years running successful without a tag of legal relationship.
There is no comparison between natural resources and man-made resources. Nature is always the best. The colors, creativity, incredible style and outlook. And most of my photos are dedicated to nature. Today, in this blogpost you will see fleet of nature photographs, most of them are my favorite macros and one most special to me.
I love macro shots, I really don't know why? I like when the picture is very close with neat details of it. Most of my best shots have been Macro shots. The picture below is one of them. Have a look at it!
One thing which is passed on from my paternal family is "power"-I mean Power number ;). Yes, from my grandfather to my dad to me :P Glasses or Specs have been very important part of our family. It is with us Jab Tak Hai Jaan! This picture is tribute to our family contribution. Another Macro!!
I call this blogpost as Nautre-d-ness because these are another two natural creatures created by God - A housefly and Aloe vera plant. Within fraction of second I had to click the moment. The Fly flew away as soon as I was done with the shot. It seemed like she was posing for it! ;)
I was going through my old pictures came across this picture. The picture below was taken about 2 years ago when I was in college. Hmmmm... Those college memories. Just memories can be preserved not the time.
Sewing! No, not my hobby but my mom's profession. My mother has excellent creative skills creating clothing for children and women. The picture below is part of my mother's sewing machine, again a macro shot.
The picture below is one of my favorites. I find it interesting because every person in the picture has different emotions. The background and atmosphere is complementing to each other. I remember capturing this picture when I was in a rickshaw with my friends, took out my point and shoot camera, zoomed in and Clicked.
